At AnitaHost, we strive to provide high-quality services with reliable customer satisfaction. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
Domain Name Refund Policy
1. The domain must not be more than 48 hours (2 days) old from the time of purchase.
2. The domain must be active with no issues such as:
- Abuse reports
- Phishing/scam complaints
- Banned or blacklisted status
Note: Domain registration fees are generally non-refundable unless the domain meets the above criteria.
Hosting Refund Policy
(Applies to Shared Hosting, VIP Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VIP Reseller, Master Reseller, and Alpha Reseller)
1. The hosting service must not be more than 3 days old from the date of purchase.
2. A 3-day money-back guarantee applies if you are unsatisfied with the service.
Note: Refunds are not applicable if the hosting account has violated our Terms of Service (e.g., spam, malware, or illegal activities).
VPS/Dedicated Server Refund Policy
- No refunds are available for VPS or Dedicated Servers once the service is provisioned.
General Refund Conditions
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-7 business days.
- Any third-party fees (e.g., domain registration, licenses) are non-refundable.
- Abuse or violation of our Terms of Service voids all refund eligibility.
